Notes: | Perform moves 2 & 3 (upset punches); 10 & 11 (upward blocks); 21 & 22 (pressing blocks); 26 & 30 (fingertip thrusts) in slow motion
Perform moves 13-14 & 17-18 (outward pressing kick-side piercing kick) as consecutive kicks (yonsok chagi). On moves 4 & 6 (forward double-stepping), turn the front foot 15° inwards as you move off. On moves 25 & 29 (backward shifting), you should move about 5cm backwards. The stamping motion on moves 23 & 27 (backfist strikes) looks like checking kick action; for moves 31 (twin fist vertical punch), 32 & 36 (twin fist upset punch) the foot starts from the inner knee then lifts like a walking stance in the air. Korean for the special movements: (Forward) Double Stepping (moves 4 & 6) - (Apuro) Ibo Omgyo Didmyo Nagagi (Forward) Double Step Turning (move 10) - (Apuro) Ibo Omgyo Didmyo Dolgi Backwards Foot Shifting (moves 25 & 29) - Durogamyo Jajunbal |
